Please note this is a genuine front line Penthouse apartment and not the much smaller 1st floor Jardine as described by many other owners as Penthouses.
The resort has over 15 large communal swimming pools, with separate shallow areas for small children, and playground equipment. These are but a few steps from the front door. The on site supermarket, bars, resturants, shops, ice cream parlour and football pitch are 3 minutes walk from the apartment the tennis, basketball, padel tennis and squash courts, kids games room and gym are 10 minutes walk. For your peace of mind the resort is gated with 24 hour security both on the gate and regular patrols.
The first of three Jack Nicklaus golf courses on the site is now open and the club house is a 4 minute walk away. Within 20 minutes drive are a variety of landscapes including beautiful beaches, marinas, hill walking and upmarket shopping malls, a little further and there are water parks, Castles and a theme park.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating in each room for your comfort anytime of year.
Each of the bedrooms has two single beds and two sets of linen are available during your stay, one of the bedrooms opens on to the large balcony overlooking the golf course, lakes and mountains, this is equipped with chairs, coffee table and two sun loungers
the home is furnished with all the fixtures and fittings to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable such as sofa and armchair, coffee tables, TV, DVD player with plenty of films,Wi fi internet, Dining table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fitted with some quality appliances including Halogen hob and oven and extractor, Dishwasher, Washing machine, microwave, Large fridge and freezer, toaster and kettle etc.
