A deposit of 25% payable on all bookings, with the balance of the rental to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period, the full rental is payable on booking.

On all bookings, a refundable security deposit of £100/€100 is payable. This will be returned after departure once our on site property manager confirms there are no breakages or damages.

On all bookings, a cleaning and linen charge of €45 is payable on arrival to our on site property manager.

Also if you have requested a meet and greet at the main gates of Condado a €20 charge will also be payable.

Optional extras, which are payable to our on site property manager, include a mid-stay linen change for €25, and a basic essentials welcome pack for €20.

Airport collection and drop off available on request San Javier €65 and Alicante €85 each way.

Long term rental prices and availability on request.

Accommodation is cleaned before arrival, including clean tea towels, bath and hand towels and linen. Please bring your own beach / pool towels.

Payment in Euros can be accepted. Euro denominated prices are available on request.
